Nearest airport kannur kerala (75km,) Pakkana railway station thalassery kerala(100km). If you are come from Andhra your choice is right .Frequent vehicles aren't available from kerala to coorg. Kerala coorg route chala bagunnaru(ghat). Maa illu thalassery ,yearly thrice Akkade velthunnaru.

5N/6D Coorg package is available with IRCTC. Including everything Starts from 10500/- from kacheguda to Mangalore and then Coorg sightseeing.. I believe it'll be expensive if you go through irctc. It's better you plan seperate..

Two small towns in Coorg region. Kushalnagar is in main road where most buses from Bangalore pass through. and Gonikoppal is not so popular town.
