I just returned from this beautiful place 2 days back. During monsoon, it's more green and clouds over the valley and just beside the road are breathtaking. I've visited Munnar and Vagamon during monsoon and as well as other seasons. During monsoon it's another emotion. But also be aware that the region is prone to landslides. Pro tip: Bike ride feels amazing in such weather.
