For aircraft there isn’t a max amount of hours, but they have to have an annual inspection and one every 100 hours of flight time. It doesn’t really matter for the dusk copter though because it won’t actually be flown.

Instead of collecting cop cars with different numbers on them, how about you try to get one of every police vehicle? Collect a LS cop car, a BC cop car, a police boat, a swat van, and a helicopter if you can steal one from a station.
