I appreciate what he's attempting to do, but If you're going to do this 1-A Audit stuff, I think you need to go in 100% committed and take it all the way to the end of the line. I believe that in this video, Nick should have reentered the building. By leaving and promising to return later... he lost face and he just... lost, period. *Ultimately* , it was a pointless video which merely reinforced the fact that cops can and DO get away with illegal activity, perpetrated even against extremely experienced 1-A auditors. . If I had been thinking about starting to do my own 1-A audits, this video would have dissuaded me from doing so. I came away from this thinking: What's the point? Ultimately (and sadly), it was a waste of Big Nick's valuable time.

Be yourself bro. I've seen on a few of your videos you correcting yourself with the word ask from axe. Whichever way you like to say it is fine. Don't worry about what these clowns have to say. @@WeThePeopleUniversity I'm so happy that you said that. I get so annoyed with people who, for some weird reason, think that they can DICTATE how someone speaks. Even when it comes to accents, there are still those who NEED to make stupid comments. I get it sometimes, because I have a "mixed" accent. From a young age, my family moved all over the place and of course, we tend to pick up the accent of where we are. I have some family from the South as well, so my accent is a mix of several locales. Some words come out with a Southern drawl, while others come out with a S. Cali sound and some even with a "Michigander" accent. LOL I am like you. I don't care at all what the clowns say. In fact, if a clown picks up on a Southern word here and there, then just to annoy them, I'll throw into super thick Southern drawl. OH THAT'S FUN. LOL @PeopleSuck LOL

@@noyou9379 a police officer will do something to a person in an attempt to provoke a reaction. For example, slap their hat off. Knock a cigarette out their mouth. Invade a person's personal space. They generally won't do these things if they're on camera & you'll almost never get a cop to admit it's something they practice

He's talked about that briefly in other videos. I would normally summarize what I remembered hearing him say, but this one is too personal and I'd be afraid to get it even a little bit wrong. The education he provides here however helps more people and possibly make a difference towards reform and change. Or at least someday requiring officers to understand the Constitution. (Although the people watching his videos are probably already like-minded.)

@luviathanx2 жыл бұрын
I just realized something and I think it would be awesome to see an auditor practice this. Remain calm as a cucumber kind of like what Long Island Audits does but also hold back on the knowledge of the law that you possess. Wait for the cops to violate your rights then ask for a supervisor very politely. They will not expect you to be much of a threat to them. Once the supervisor arrives you hit them with all 5 fingers to the face of constitutional rights. I feel like these cops, when they know too much, gives them time to create and tailor a narrative that suits them. But if you play dumb they won't even bother and it will be too late by the time the supervisor shows up. They won't be as confident and look really dumb.
