I can tell, I have enough experience of bikers stopping next to me. And to top it all, he did not show the guy any identification to show he was the police. @Ross Smith -- White cops aren't afraid of afroamericans. They just know they have impunity. Remember the cop who shot the black guy in the back as the black guy was running away, then planted the tazer next to him? No, he wasn't afraid of the guy running away. They do what they do because they know they have impunity. That's not fear. That's a complete lack thereof.

So when cops abuse their power against non-white people, it just confirms your bias that they only do so against black people. But when you see evidence that they also do it against white people, you ignore it, and make up a fantasy about what would happen if he was black? Thus confirming your bias that this only happens to black people!? It's almost as if cops do this to everyone, regardless of color, and you just don't want to admit that fact.
