While also winning the Confederations Cup as a 22 Year old. He has scored more INT goals at the same age and more goals in general and he's already one of Brazil's highest goal scorer. We have seen players better than Messi and Ronaldo and we will maybe it will be Neymar, maybe it wont, but from the looks of things he will be better than at least Ronaldo. He is the second bets player in the Best Team in the world and he showed that in the absence of the Ballon D'or collector, he can lead the team just as well as Messi. Not to mention that he also has to pass the ball to Suarez and Messi as we seen him passing over taking a clear cut chance in the fear of getting stick from the harsh Barça fans. While aside from England failing spectacularly at a tournament, nothing is certain for certain in football, i think Neymar, Pogba and Dybala have already proved that they're capable of winning it sometime. A little later in the future, i can see Kingsley Coman, Renato Sánches, Anthony Martial, Marcus Rashford, Ousmane Dembele, Gianluigi Donnarumma and Leroy Sané having good chances for Ballond'or-titles, but they're still young enough to flop. Players like De Bruyne, Dele Alli, Eden Hazard, Yannick-Ferreira Carrasco and Marco Verratti probably also have bright futures ahead of them, but i doubt they'll ever win Ballond'or.
