I have a 2010 charger police. Mine threw the same ESP/BAS traction control light. it’s a wheel position sensor inside the steering wheel. It will come and go when driving as you turn the wheel. It cost like $250 to have the dealer fix it.

Tk and Randy I'm pretty sure those disks only work on windows computers. Because I got one of them with dentist photos on it and it said on the package that it would only work on windows so it might be that. It just as well might be that its badly scratched, but it's odd that it didnt even try to read. Maybe you guys could try this if you haven't thrown it out.

Subbed. I'm real interested in this build! Use the old "string and marker" trick to give you a rough alignment; that'll keep 'er going until you get to front-end shop. L O V E the "wig-wag" headlights, don't lose them!! Be real careful running the wags or the bar, that could be considered impersonating!!!!! Best of luck to ya!

Good news is that the alignment will very likely fix the ESP/BAS and traction control light. It's pretty common to trigger when the steering wheel is out of alignment with the tires on this generation of Chrysler vehicles. Happens a lot on Jeeps.

ESP/BAS is just a track control sensor. Comes on on all those Chargers...i've had MANY Hemi Chargers.

I had abs esp on and it could not be cleared. Car had zero faults with any sensors or anything. Computer worked fine too. Found there was a update for the pcm. Shocking that fixed the issue. Had to get done by the dealer though. Damn chargers.

Can you actually get an unroadyworthy car registered in Oklahoma or has the Police car been made ready for the road? In NSW (Australia) a vehicle must pass a stringent roadworthy test every 12 months (once it is more than 5 years old) before it can be re-registered. If you wish to register a vehicle which has been unregistered for any period of time, a further inspection must be made to confirm the VIN matches the paperwork for the vehicle plus another tag must be found to signify that the vehicle meets Australian Standards & then it needs to pass a roadworthy test. Other States have different rules but, I prefer ours to ensure the only registered cars are those which are safe to use on the roads.

you need to put that disc in a old dvd or laptop/computer .... playstations are region coded and sometimes won't read discs or dvd's it's also likely that thing is written in some sort of code to prevent the general public to see it

You can drive it around fully outfitted as long as you stay off any roadway and are on private land and the car has no active registration or license plate. You can also drive it around on track days at local racetracks if you wish.
