COPD - How to improve your breathing when suffering with COPD

Thank you so very much for a really informative video! I had a Spyrectomy in February in 2020 and was given another inhaler to try out for 3 months and then have another Spyrectomy and then go for pulmonary rehab. What with Covid coming along I never did have a second spyrectomy and I’m still waiting for one. I had an X-ray last week and “we will wait and see after the results of that”. I’ve had 2 flare-ups during the last 4 months and 2 phone call appointments for diagnosis on the flare-ups, and if it wasn’t for KZbin and videos on the NHS and BLF I’ve no idea what I would have done! Now, I’m just waiting! Many thanks for all your help

I would be great to start with a definition of COPD. I am still not sure what it is!

My dad suffers with Copd and fluid on lungs if he's out breath would it be safe to take his inhaler he takes in morning
