So I quit 15 years ago COPD at 57 2 months in hospital And resean quit money , how much money you're willing to have best friend remember you still pay smoke on day's off

For me stoping smoking I’m worse of I’m 63 I had respiratory failure and pneumonia I stopped thinking it would get better 8 months on I’m no better of because I have become more sensitive to everything and humility is a big problem for me I can’t even go out

I stopped smoking for 8 months after 50 yrs I have severe emphysema and bronciatrasis M My breathing did improve a little but now I have a terrible problem with humidity I’m a prisoner in my own home I’m allot worse of since stoping smoking why ? I now sit with air purifier on 24/7 I have to have fans going In summer is worse because we have pollen Why have u become more sensitive to most things even cooking I darent go near the kitchen if the cooker is on I’m not saying don’t stop smoking I’m saying for me it didn’t do me any good I can’t even travel in the car and have a day out Humidity for me is now a massive problem since stoping? I’m that depressed because I can’t go out And now having a massive flare where I’m that short of breath I can only walk approximately 2 metre My oxygen is fine and just sitting I’m breathless I wish I hadn’t stopped

All of us smokers came from smoking parents, and stoled a cigarette from our parents, tried it and coughed our fool heads off, saying to ourselves "I'll never do that again" and look at us now, we all have COPD from our own stupidity!
