I'm sure I could get to where I liked it if I ate it more! I was not prepared for so much salt! American candy is 100% sugar 😂

Oh man, Holly being mad about the rides ending is so great.
@tylerthomas54142 жыл бұрын
It was about 10 more times than we showed. She hated the end of every ride hahaha

We'd still be riding them if it was up to her

Funny observation with no Danes insite the restaurant. Remember that Denmark is on same longitude as Alaska so most Danes are longing for the sun all winther - we are literally saying that we are "licking sun" (slikker sol); hence, we take every opportunity to sit outside - even if that mean packing us in blankets and us outdoor gas heaters.
@aubreylholland2 жыл бұрын
That makes sense! Yes I noticed everyone outside with blankets! We are from Las Vegas which is insanely hot so we were trying to get inside where it was warmer! I love everyone enjoying the weather outside though. It's sooo beautiful on Nyhavn. Thank you for the insight! ☺️

What a wonderful VLOG 😀 ! The Hotdog U ate is actually called a "French Hotdog" (even though the French may not even accept it 🤣)! Nothing to do with the real Danish thing, that is either cooked or fried, (and looks more like an American)! Like me going to NYC and asking for Cheesecake, and getting a Muffin! Not the same thing 🤣! As a local, I´m so GLAD that you thought, that the little mermaid would be smaller 😍! Most tourists don't grasp, that it's all in her name 😀! She's 124cm (4ft). Pretty much life size for a mermaid 🤣 ! One of the smallest landmarks in the world!

Ever so often there's a roller/inliner skate thing going on, through the entire city. That's what's going on 🤣! Young and older on skates or rollerblades! Now U know 😊

NAH! Denmark has 4 months of light, heat and sommer and 8 months of rain and some snow! So NO! If we can sit outside, when we can..., we do! BTW! The Castle you went to (with the armed Guards), is where the Danish Crown Jewels are held! That's why it's so well guarded. U could have seen them, but U missed out on that 😲 !

LOL the savage american palats can't handle the licorice :-) ..... Thank you for presenting our lovely Capital ... ALOT of tourists actually think the Mermaid is smalle than they thought, BUT it 's not really about that ,it's the history surrunding her and ofc the fairytale about her, that should be the obvious attraction The "hotdogs" that you got, is not a traditional Danish hotdog, the one you got is what we call a french hotdog

Salty candy is definitely not common in America… but we loved the rest of the food! We loved Denmark!
@aubreylholland2 жыл бұрын
Hahaha I've never had salty candy so I was not prepared! Thanks for the insight, we loved everything about Denmark!
