I’d suggest watching the documentary Heliosorcery on YT for more information on Copernicus.

Thank you for the lovely pictures of Copernicus’s environments and venues. The details: Cracow university had two astronomy chairs, the other dozen or so canons at fromberg cathedral. The pictures and narratives were respectful. The deep support he had within the Catholic Church for his astronomy was apparent. His motivation was fear of pushback from comman sense not being charged with heresy. The 25 minutes or so was perfect for the matter presented. You should do some other 15nth century scientific renaissance story, the escaped Greek Orthodox bishop who made translations and joined the Catholic Church.

Felt like this video related the genius of Ptolemy more than anything. Pretty incredible what he accomplished. His system was mathematically reliable that it can still be used from an Earth vantage point to predict movement.

university was a subset of the church: music, mathematics, law, theology, & philosophy. “Reason is worth more than power.” 1543…the copernican Revolution ushered in a new age of science & together with the Protestant reformation would bring in a new face for Western Europe !

Honest and true to purpose conservative defence of a belief system is represented by continuous questioning of the overall operation of the defensive institutional support of a sustainable organisation. This is a typical story of genuine obedience to the inherent purpose of life on Earth (?).

Thank you for the video content. Is this part of a larger series called the "Rise of Modern Science!?" Perhaps you know where the other sections are?

Do you realize how many fewer views you will get by having 12 or so extra minutes of dead space at the end of your video? People won't want to view a video if they think it is that long. Yes people are shallow with short attention spans but also people don't want their time wasted. Cut out the dead space at the end and you will have more viewers watching for longer
