Is it still uses the Knowledge base with the cutoff date of September 2021 or it can help me to code latest .Net 8 features?

I've always appreciated MS offerings of VS Express & Community and of course VS Code (which i prefer, even as a dotnet/c# enthusiast). It's disappointing that i and many others are excluded from the Copilot ecosystem due to low income. There is a free offering for verified students, verified low income seems reasonable.

Totally confusing & overused word. Is it GitHub Copilot? Microsoft Copilot? Copilot Pro? ... or just a generic "Copilot" tool that helps you?
