Coping During COVID - Session 10

Through a partnership with the Village of Northbrook, Family Service Center (a local mental health agency) is offering the "Coping During COVID" program. This weekly video series is designed for individuals who may have limited time designated for self-care.
Session 10, the final installment of this program, is delivered by both Robin Lake, LCSW, and Renee Dominguez, Ph.D. This session focuses on self-care and taking care of yourself. Learn about different ways to "Fill Your Bucket," and as always, make time to pause, reflect, and intend!
