This is the most horrendously overwhelming time for those of us who are deeply sensitive conscious awakened beings who on top of knowing what is and has been going on but losing our loved ones in highly traumatic circumstances. I lost my father last year, who I was deeply connected to, and like many kept away from him due to these horrific inhumane COVID rules. The trauma, rage and deep sadness I feel is overwhelming. In nine months five special people departed in varying degrees of traumatic departure and I'm trying to get through daily on top of dealing with this collective insanity and be there for my daughters. The deep fatigue of the soul is sometimes too much... Despite telling myself I chose to be here in these times of the so called great shift I sometimes wonder if it was almost a punishment for past karma! It's really the most insane emotional rollercoaster and only nature, music and meditation seem to keep me going...

Thank you for this message Lee! Perfect timing as a confirmation of what I was feeling yesterday. For no apparent reason I felt irritable, easily triggered, weepy. I did feel it was not mine, but the world's energy I was taking on as the sensitive empath I am. I decided to nurture myself by spending a lot of time in nature and in quiet inner stillness even as I did housework and shopping. At the beginning and end of my day I spent longer than usual in meditation and today I woke feeling much better! Self care is definitely more effective than trying to comfort and please those around me as has been my old practice! I grateful for teachers like you Lee, who encourage this! Much love to you!

So deeply true! I loved your analogy of swimming in the ocean. I live near the ocean and have gone swimming in it so many times from my youth till now and it does change dramatically throughout a day, even. I have had to change how I swim, how I approach the water, even understanding when I need to leave it for the shore, due to my individual strength to handle it when it is rough, or when my own body is just to tired and I need rest. It feels truly like this in these current times. I was also feeling grateful of the past years, especially the last two, when I grew so much internally, acquired so many new tools in the semi isolated periods, they have really been deeply helpful to me in this current energy! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Lee for this video!🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

🍃I agree these current times are full of turmoil energy that is challenging to cope with on a daily bases. I recognize that everyone is experiencing these times differently which is their personal journey. As a collective it seems we are going through a dark period which brings heaviness. It is this heaviness that I find overwhelming. What seems to be working for me is to stay more neutral to find the breathing space needed to help me connect with my feelings before taking my next action or non action. I also find the more I acknowledge and accept what is happening it takes away that heaviness which frees me up to see the best way to serve others. Thanks Lee and Z's for this post it is timely! ❤🤗🤗🤗🍃

*It's a blessing to be allowed to be our sensitive nature.* I was visiting my grandpa the other day, and he talked about the bank coming to take his grandpa's farm. The way he dealt with that was by aiming his gun toward the collector, and he was ready to shoot. People killed eachother all the time over their self-interest. It is harder for us to accept the violence today that was commonplace before. *Human beings are adaptable.* We adapt to any situation, and now our task is to create new environments. *Environment shapes the human being more than we'd like to admit.* We want to believe we're self directed when, really, *our actions are all that we can be held responsible for.* There's much more going on.

Spot on with today’s message Lee and the Z’s. Thank you. ❤️ There is comfort in knowing we are in this together and that there are others that understand what it’s like to be hyper sensitive to the present energy of the world. As a highly sensitive empath I am finding that I have to be more mindful then ever before to monitor my emotional state and make a conscious effort to take the best care of myself that I can. Thank God I’ve have had some practice with this, being that I am 66 years old. What’s helping me stay afloat during these turbulent and uncertain time’s is # 1 to connect with and rely on the strength and wisdom of my soul along with the support of those that guide me from the “other side”. # 2 I have had to limit the amount of exposure to the world news as it is very easy for the atrocities occurring to quickly overwhelm me. # 3 I also am able to surf the waves of feeling the emotional state of world by dedicating time each day to my art. Though I find my inspiration a bit dulled by it all I refuse to let that zap me of my creativity. As a result of these practices I’ve been able to keep my faith that there will be better days ahead and that “this too shall pass” as my mother used to say. Do I have days that depression seeps in in spite of my efforts ? yes I do, but I am grateful to have the tools to eek forward when the overwhelm is too much. One day, one moment at a time is my moto at this point, least the pain of the world gobble us up. I love the saying, “It’s always darkest before the dawn”. ❤️✨🤗✨❤️

Yes, sister. Thank you for the message. It seems there's a lot of us in this 66ish age bracket, born around '55. We are being called to open and expand-- odd! After spending all these years hiding/protecting ourselves! But I love your 1,2, and 3. One day at a time, let go of my ego and pray: only for the knowledge of God's will for me and the Power to carry it out. We can do this! Sending light and love

I've made a COMMITMENT to myself to have Julia Cameron as my mentor during these times of recovering my creativity through her book, The Artist Way. It's my 5th day and I can already feel some resistance. It's good because I'm also allowing myself to DO my daily MORNING PAGES on my favourite JOURNAL and go on an ARTIST DATE with my inner artist. :) The level of THIS COMFORT is palpable. And I love it. Because I'm making a game out of it. A spiritual gift, training for SELF-MASTERY. Let's be kind, patient, compassionate, and nurture ourselves during these CONSTANT CHANGE. Your NEEDS matter. Thank you so much for your voice and free videos Lee. I am sooooo grateful for you and for all you share here and on your brilliant podcasts. You come across to me as being so wise, honest, calm, educated and centred in all that you impart to us truly coming from your heart. You so often give me the grounding I need to go forward, whether it's a good, or bad day. This message resonated so much as I spent my childhood and to some extent adulthood trying to make the energy in the house 'right' in case things 'kicked off'. I've only learned at 63 years of age that this was what I was actually doing in the past 6 months and, indeed still do, to some extent when my radar picks up that same energy. Only age and experience has taught me to not absorb it all now but its sometimes not easy. But thanks to the kind people such as yourself doing such great work for us all I feel so much better as time goes on. With much love and gratitude xx

THANK YOU Lee and the Z's!!!! This hit home for me. I have been feeling ALL of this. I knew it wasn't mine, yet was unsure about what had been happening in the world. So much love and light to you 💚🙏🕯️

On the practical side; let’s reduce own own sense of overwhelm in the near future by planting gardens and doing what we can to prepare for the coming food shortages. If you are paying attention, then you are aware that the Davos crowd has crisis after crisis planned for us. Stay one step ahead of them, and we will all have a better future!
