Hello, I can remember using pounds and ounces , yards,feet and inches here in England but the metric system is far simpler to use.Iam still thinking how to refine it further so its possible there maybe a part 3 in the future? Thankyou for your comment.

@@corsagafa I've wanted us to change to metric for 30 years now! Move the decimal point and go from mm, cm, m, km, etc just makes sense, but we're stubborn or something! :)

Hello Seamus,I have enjoyed the challenge of making part1 and part 2 maybe there will be a part 3? I go to a big scrap yard that other smaller scrap yards sell to,they have there own granulators plus they make there own ingots so They give a good price,although I still phone round to check the prices.Thankyou for your comment.

Necesitas mas filtros no mezclarlo sin charcos de caída de material para que no se meta plásticos mas potencia de aire en cámara cerrada aspirador por encima eso es dos veces

Now that little bit of noise is music to my ears.. when you say circuit boards, what grade of board are you grinding? Do you have a video of what they look like or could you show what a couple of them look like. Keep up the great work and keep the videos coming.

Would you by any chance have drawings or even a basic layout sketched for something like this? I’m really interested in making my own dry separator and recycling copper but I honestly can not seem to find a single thing online about the air/gravity screening process.

Hello Adam,my vibrating screen is still under development so I dont think its a good idea to copy it just yet. The main reason I have shown it in my videos is to show how much development it takes to perfect a separation system.Yes your right,there is not much info on dry systems but if you are dedicated enough and watch enough videos of dry systems,you will learn how they work.For me,with the material that I process(thickness of wire from 0.1mm to 3mm) all in the same batch,Iam pretty sure that I will never be able to just use dry separation and that I will always need to use the water separation in conjunction with the vibrating screen.Hope this helps and you are more than welcome to ask as many questions as you want.

Youre a gentleman for your reply, doesn’t seem to be too many willing to advise and help other people who are interested in this. With copper prices the way they are now though it’s of no surprise. What’s the current price per kg in the uk or your locality at the minute?
@corsagafa
@corsagafa 3 жыл бұрын
@@adammulcahy644 Yes its mostly companies promoting there products that are making videos but if you are dedicated enough and watch as many videos as possible,you can learn how different systems work.Here in England copper is high, around £6.50 a kilo ,maybe it could go even higher with all the electrification of cars and energy?

Hi there, where do you get all the car looms from? Are you a scrap yard or buying in old cars?
@corsagafa
@corsagafa 3 жыл бұрын
Hello Allister,I do car transport which somtimes involves weighing them in,so I get the chance of taking the copper out of the shells before they are scraped.Thanks for your comment.

Hi Mate, I am intending to scrap copper mainly from car harness(Car wiring looms). I was wondering if you have done these kinds of wires before and how much was the recovery ratio.
@corsagafa
@corsagafa 8 ай бұрын
Hello,yes I mostly do car looms and the yield is around 72% and that is after the plugs and tape have been removed,thanks for your comment.
