So for those who don't know the story of Eunwol Eunwol was a guy with no past. He did not have family, nor a name. But one day he met Freud and his friends and was given a name by them. (It was not Eunwol. The Fox girl gave him the name Eunwol but since every time he warps to another universe his existence disappears, she forgot everything about him, including her memory of naming him Eunwol.) The six heros (yes, *six* not five) tried to kill the dark mage but he was too powerful so the last option was to seal him but in order to seal they needed a sacrifice which means your exsistence will disappear from every part of the world... First, Freud tried to be the one but he was hurt and couldn't endure it so Luminous tried to sacrifice himself but Eunwol convinced him that it's better for him to not do it because in order to seal they need Luminous' light power. So Eunwol became a sacrifice himself and all of her friends who knew him forgot about him. At 05:40 Freud is screaming *"안돼!!!" (No)* because he did not approve of that. Eunwol woke up in another universe and met the fox kids. Later he returned to the original universe, where he lived and tried to talk to his old friends, but no one remembered him. Therefore, they thought he was a thief or something so they tried to fight. When the seal was happening the dark mage asked him saying "다시 선택의 순간이 온다면..."(If there's another chance...) and Eunwol, since he knows what happens if he seals him, hesitates to answer, saying "나는...!"(I...!) Now, ladies and gentlemen, that's why I love Eunwol *BECAUSE IT'S SO SADDDDDD AAAAAAAAAAAAAAH*

So what’s the difference between Evan and Freud? It’s basically like Roxas and Ventus.

Evan and Freud are two different characters. The former is the descesdant/succcessor of Freud's legacy. The latter is the "ancestor", the original Dragon Master/Leader of the Heroes. After Freud died (possibly of old age), millions years later, Evan was born to take his place as the new Dragon Master/Leader of the Heroes... The reason they look quite alike is, I guess, bc of genetics lol That's why people can easily confuse them if they don't know the story well...

The only noticeable difference is in their choice of outfit. Evan's is more modern while Freud wears ye old robes. Personality wise, Freuds, welp, the wise guy and is basically worshipped by the rest of the heroes of maple (not really XD) while Evan is really, really, REALLY naive and is yelled at constantly by Mercedes because of it lol

Apparently, Aran was hit by a curse from the Black Mage and turns to female. If you play the game somewhere around the temple of time questline i think, you get to meet the male Aran injured, so male and female Aran are canon.
