First of all, what do u know about doing THEIR job? u know nothing of what it is like being out there in the streets, so I suggest u respectfully sthu, also, public indecency or not dressing like that definitely should be a violation because the very people that "dress how they want" looking all promiscuous are the same people that go back bothering the police officers with cases of rape, and so on, so please don't be encouraging such nonsense fr‼️

I THINK it's more of like so long as you have alcohol in your system, you can't drive. Seems like if you're below the limit, they won't take you in and if you're below the limit, they'll let you go home given someone else can drive you home.

Good question. Being above the stipulated limit is what warrants an "arrest", however you aren't allowed to drink under the influence at all.

At this point, Namibian police are cloud chasing, where in the article does it stand they can pour out alcohol and all. Really, namibian citizens should read and know their law rights because this cops or guys are dictating our country instead of helping out the public peacefully. People get beat up unessesary, and I speak thing's i've seen with my eyes. What is G4S doing with the namibian police as well.
