My question regarding the 2nd segment where the cop is focused on the passenger is why is he not concerned about the driver with the suspended tags? The passenger was being cooperative, albeit being high, but he didn't actually smoke at the time of the stop. Am I missing something? I stand corrected if I'am.

11:34 as someone who has worked in ophthalmology for 15 years, that card is complete bs. So, for example, in adults, the average pupil can vary from 2-8~mm. I've seen pupils on a perfectly healthy person with no ocular diseases or non-ocular diseases on no medication that have pupils that are 11mm at normal light and will constrict to 3mm with direct light. There are too many variables for a "pupil size" to determine anything closely related to drugs. As far as "slow" constriction and dilation, it's the same thing. Sure, some drugs will contract and constrict your pupils, but that chart won't prove a thing. I bet they don't use it at all anymore.

NRS § 171.104 is the Nevada statute citing that police have to mirandize you before interrogation/investigation. Also it's not against Nevada State law to possess a weapon that doesn't belong to you so long as you're legally able to own one. Also a tail light being out is not probable cause to suspect the vehicle contains a potential crime. Also when he asked if he could search the vehicle the driver clearly said "no" twice and that officer should've been a lot more clear about his intentions to search as well as the drivers right to refuse thus violating his fourth amendment twice.
