I live in Vegas, and I caught someone in the act of "auto burglary" of my catalytic converter. in broad daylight. Had the license plate and everything. Nothing happened to them. They came back and got it a month later in the middle of the night.

Well of course nobody answered but later found out it was onthe next block. And no its not my first time that i have went towards the gunfire instead of away. I hope that first man wasnt charged if he was in fact telling the truth. He handled that situation exactly how you're supposed to. The fact he called and let operator know the situation and then calmly followed directions by the officers. A bit surprised on how the officers treated him tho.

Other than the evidence at the scene showed he was lying. The victim was sitting at the table eating pizza (it was half out of his mouth), didn't have a weapon, and was shot point-blank multiple times. The caller was probably on drugs or delusional.
