Some of those art books, can be worth a lot of money. You might want to start looking those up instead of tossing them aside. If it's a really famous artist, a book that the artist made themselves, or there was only a few printed, if you find any of those, you might have something. You're not gonna be rich, but some can get in the thousands.

Id keep targeting the quality storage units & snap up the odd mystery unit that may have hidden treasures, you have been very successful at buying mostly quality profitable storage units,you may find quality units that are not in your area that are better priced,extend your hunting area interstate to bring in more profit,

Just take some tools and put them in the green containers you have with the locker and dump a whole bunch of Coke inside and let them soak and then take them off wash them and clean them. You got it.

Like watching you open new boxes but the point is you make money. By getting stuff from others, you don't have to deal with the trash which is a loss. Would have to give it some consideration.

I think you should buy units occasionally. I think you would miss it if you left it completely. So a storage per month or so, just to tickle that nerve thats been such an integral part of your life for so many years .)

I'm a relatively new sub, so naturally, I'm looking at every little thing, thinking it could "be something." When I saw you pull out the Disney drawing at (18:32), I wanted to yell STOP! I'm wondering why is that one simple drawing and 1 or 2 other blank-looking papers in that fancy box? The box was obviously made for something else. That drawing could be an early print certified by the Disney artist! Maybe the ex-owner shoved it in the box to protect it and forgot about it. Consider the Disney drumstick? Imagine the value! Or, maybe he drew it. Well, that was fun!😊
