My late father was a decorated WW2 vet his group dropped the 82 nd airborne into St Mere Eglise in the early morning of June 6th 1944. Then fought on to Berlin. He told us cops HATE VETERANS. They proved it during traffic stops. As soon as they saw his military ID. They talked down to them, delayed the stop just to flex their power. 99% of cops are extremely insecure and fragile. He retired after 20 years as a Lt. Colonel. Then put in another 18 years in the Air Force and army as a civil servant.
