The fact that he was not charged with any crime other than resisting means there was no primary crime committed in their presence. Which means that they had no Constitutional right to arrest him on his own property without an arrest warrant. That is straight from the Supreme Court. Your home and the curtilage around it are the most protected under the 4th Amendment. These two cops no longer have qualified immunity. Sadly, the people of Springfield will be footing the bill when Terry and the two others get paid.
