Am I wrong to think he said more than he needed to say? Cops talk more, the more you say. Give them what you need then STFU! What does repeating the same thing to the same cop and to every cop who shows up do? cheers

You can’t be this ignorant.......of course most of these cops know the stop and I’d laws but simply lie, to equally ignorant civilians, who don’t know their rights and are intimidated into giving up their identification.

Why do cops hate our Rights? Is forcing everyone to identify really accomplishing anything or is it solely to improve their arrest numbers?
@poisonduckee
@poisonduckee 3 жыл бұрын
@@SuSpInTiOn I have a few theories on that. They want to look productive to their superiors. Also if a crime occurs in the area where they stopped you, they can link you to it and then ask you questions later as a witness or potential suspect. It's either one of those 2 or they want to build up information on you to make it easier to convict you if you're ever convicted of a crime later on.

Took after his Daddy. The boys name we picked, just didn't suite him. So we were thinking of a different one. In the meantime, a hospital administrator was bugging us to fill out the Social Security paperwork. In the back of my mind. I thought we would have the right to deside whether to have that number or not have that Mark of the Beast. I told her don't worry I'll support him. Till I kick him out to get a job. Besides I didn't get mine issued till I was 16 in the 60's. And needed it to work a job. I told her my wife and I would talk over whether or not we would comply. Butt hurt babe! The look she gave us would cut through a block wall. The next day we decided on a different name. Boy would you believe the RED FLAGS every were with that announcement! A hospital rent a bum cop. Put on the door to watch us till. A Florida D.P.S. agent with the Police! And Little Miss. Butt Hurt babe and her boss. All showed up in the room. And we were instructed that S.S. Solid! I had the exact same thing in Maryville, Tennessee several years ago. I was a passenger in my car, late one night and my sister in law was pulled over for riding on the double yellows. Cop ran her info and then started the fishing expedition with me. "I need to see your license sir". I asked "why? I'm a passenger, am I under suspicion of a crime?" He came back with the state law bullshit and I just said flat out: "Look! You are not getting my driver's license unless you ARREST ME but be advised, you'll be facing a wrongful arrest lawsuit". Moments later, we were on our way. 😂😂
