What's the point of police swearing an oath to defend the Constitution if most of them don't seem to know what our Civil Rights are? Officers entering Academy should be trained on what is in the Constitution and how it plays a role in their every day job. And any officer who already graduated from Academy but didn't receive training should also have to take a mandatory course on the Constitution as well. Make it a law, not just policy!

They would need a court order to search your phone and even then, the search is limited to what the court order allows or what they are looking for. Anything else that they find on the phone couldn't be used against you. If you give them permission to search then they can use anything on the phone can be used against you, even things that are completely unrelated to what are looking for. Same with any kind of search. Never consent to ta search. Never.
