In addition to what I just wrote, it's a federal law that a child is not to be interviewed by peace officers without the parentals permission or knowledge depending on what the child is being accused of. Look at the case of the Central Park 5. That's where that law comes from. That's the major law that law enforcement violated when they set up those children to take the rap for the rape and murder of the jogger. Cop orders a woman to pull over. In perfect compliance of the law, she reduces her speed, puts on her hazard lights, and indicates her intent to pull over in an area where an officer can safely process her. The impatient officer responds by crashing into her vehicle, causing her SUV to flip over and crash, endangering her life, his life, her unborn child's life, totally wrecking her vehicle, shutting down the interstate and endangering everyone on it. Police have lower standards for understanding of the law than citizens, and that is VERY dangerous.

Thank you so much for bringing attention to this. Guys, they are AWFUL in Louisiana. So bad I can't even say what has happened to me in literally dozens of encounters (ALL of them extremely negative and many patently illegal.) I'm not afraid of them after over 50 encounters (I don't even have a criminal record whatsoever: I'm extremely nice but it is known in my small community that I am one of the only people who do not support Donald Trump-_-.) It started after I wrote on FB in 2013 factually about their lawlessness involving firearms, being followed at night by cars without headlights on for miles in the swamps, having my home searched without a warrant because I was suspected of "breaking into" my own home, being detained in front of my friends/neighbors, catching police on my private property at 3AM, shining floodlights into my house at 3AM, trying to run me off the road, and so much more I cannot say on YT. Whenever I have posted this on YT or any public forum I experience retaliation for nearly a decade. Most "brutality" stories I hear on the news have got nothing on Louisiana. It is absolutely awful here and we are the only State under French law/ the code "Napoleonic Code" which gives them virtually unlimited legal power and protection for just about anything you can imagine (French law is codified so Judges do not use precedent like "Common Law" used in every other State: It is law leftover from the 1700's)...I feel so badly for the victims of this brutality but am not surprised whatsoever. This is the stuff of PTSD for people who live here and don't speak out but ya can't let them intimidate you with their little nazi boots/uniform getup. THANK YOU for bringing attention to this. Watch how fast every brutality story seems to "disappear" from this State.
