Yuba City, CA, above Sacramento, paid $20 Million to a 65 year old veteran who was thrown to the ground, face-first. It broke his neck in several places and left him paralyzed and bed-ridden for life. (PS - The money will not be taken from the cop's checks.)

These situations are hard to explain to the gentle people who either don’t want to hear or who would be so shocked that it would leave them in tears. /////////////////This so often happens when a chief of police is ( allegedly ) running an illegal private security business. These illegal businesses use our tax payer equipment, desks, lights, telephones, cop man power and in many cases double bill the city and bill the paying customer that needs the private security services. The cop then pays the button nose chief of police a bit something something.. This is called RACKETEERING. 3 OF the criteria for RACKETEERING is hierarchy, intimidation, and fraud. There is no time off for bad cops. To the public it looks like they are on paid vacation, but mostly the cops work this illegal private security business. The only one fooled here is YOU!!!!!! The Chief of police needs a bad cop to work an illegal private security business. It's a kind of brotherhood. " Hay bro we have something on each other", a mutual agreement. Also, most cops drink vodka to sleep at night. An alcoholic cop may have pulled you over and you would never know. Or could you? The big giveaway is the menacing, belligerent, confrontational, aggressive dangerous grainy VODKA VOICE. When you get pulled over , make as little contact with an alcoholic cop. Like any alcoholic, they are dangerous with a license to carry a gun and kill. They will testilie against you and get away with it. You are dealing with a gang with a badge.. Sometimes , with corrupt judges there are many conflicts of interest, but you will never know. Sink your teeth into this and pass it on....And please, learn some law because obviously, the cops follow protocol and not the Constitution.. Get Constitutional Law for dummies or any book. Cops don't have continuing education. Because of the rampant alcoholism, they should be breathalyzed after every incident and before they can start our tax payer police cars.. Many of these guys are void of empathy and murder people without a second thought. We the People need to enforce the Constitutional Law.

I'm not in any way shape form or fashion but the response to the alcohol being involved is because alcohol has anticoagulant properties and if a person has consumed large amounts of alcohol it slows the ability of the blood to clot causing a person to bleed more heavily while under the influence. I really wish the left and right could reach a common ground on the police thing. If we could do that together then maybe we could actually really make some change. But the extreme fanatics on both sides makes that impossible. I'm a conservative and I do not believe in doing away with the police department or defunding them to the point of completely tying their hands or using Health Department workers or some crap like that but I do agree that there is a severe problem with policing in the United States and I do believe that cops that do stuff like this should be held doubly accountable to what a citizen would be and I think their sentence should be doubly or triply harsh and they should serve every single day of whatever sentence they get. But I also think that there are good cops that have good motives and really do want to protect the community and help people. The problem as I see it is that there are more tyrannical and corrupt cops then there are good cops and I think the good cops fear for their lives and and lows of their loved ones that's why a lot of times they keep quiet I believe. I mean just look at that cop in the 70s named Serpico his own Squad set him up to be shot in the face simply because he would not take payoff money and when they kept trying to force him so he went to the higher ups and if you look him up you will see just how much good that did him thankfully he survived and testified. But he didn't have a wife and children at home to worry about getting hurt in the process. Look him up you can find his story on KZbin all you have to do is type in Serpico. But I do appreciate you and people like you that are shedding light on these situations

They broke his leg on purpose and just dropped him at a parking lot outside a hospital where He suffered a heart attack. There's devils like this in every police force all over the world. Of course, they got away with this heinous act. Thankfully he recovered without any lasting damage and he's ok after the heart attack. Jesus Christ, the guy is a wife beater. He’s on video resisting arrest. The cops are on video starting out at 0% force. They then mirrored and escalated like training says. The fact he lost his leg obviously wasn’t planned but this is what happens when you resist arrest. Everyone of us knows if we get killed or injured resisting it’s 100% on the individual. -- you do t get to beat your wife then resist arrest, lose your leg in the process then blame the cops. It’s so disheartening people are so politically gullible, skewed, and manipulated they can’t see the truth. Which is the guy was a abuser. The cops were perfectly calm. Even when he was first resisting it’s only after he escalated to 90% that the cops threw him down. This guy had about 10 opportunities to avoid this. #1 is not be bully and wife abuser that would’ve eliminated the cops even being there

What he needed was his leg, so that he could work and buy things he needs and doesn't need --- just like you buy things you need and buy things you don't need. But they took that away from him. What makes you feel that he should be reduced to only getting things he needs, (or maybe even not getting things he needs)? If something bad happens to someone, should they be relegated to never having anything they want again, and only get what they absolutely need? What should happen to you, if the police or anyone assaults you and causes you to lose your leg? Should you just take it in stride and maybe get some food stamps and a little social security disability, just so that you don't wind up making any purchases for things you don't absolutely need? Should you be relegated to never being able to have anything you want at all just because someone else twisted your leg off and damn near killed you in that manner? Or should the party responsible be held responsible and by part of that accountability allow you to have something out of life --- you know if it was you instead of him? @@halakon666 Four psychotic cops attacked him. It isn't too difficult to see how his leg was broken so badly it had to be amputated. What happened to him is equivalent to what is called an internal decapitation. Yes the skull can become detached from the rest of the body from a closed head injury. In this case they twisted his leg so badly it was severed within the skin. They were forcing him down in a way that twisted him and he was cuffed so unable to stop the force being used. He came down very hard on his knee onto a cement surface and causing a compound fracture. Forcing him to turn most likely twisted what was already broken causing the ligaments to tear as well as muscle and the bones to puncture the skin. I am disgusted in people like you that are always trying to find a way to justify the behavior of rogue cops.

;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;This so often happens when a chief of police is ( allegedly ) running an illegal private security business.

In a number of US states, the child support fund helps pay into the pension funds of judges. Judges have a financial interest in large child support payments because it feathers their pensions. It's why they'll never do anything when it comes to visitation issues, but they're immediately on anything involving the child support payment itself when it needs to be adjusted upwards.

@@jameseverett9037While I agree for the most part, this is not a situation that would be deemed as fitting under the umbrella of issues that are difficult to contain or handle. If you slam someone to the pavement while also forcing your body weight down on him, what do you think is going to happen? What they do in my area is they have several cops delegated to specialize in certain instances- and so far, it is working relatively smoothly. I know that if I had seen this video prior to having to report a DV incident, I'd be too afraid to- because you expect the cops to be able to reasonably handle the situation, not injure the person who may only need to be removed from the premises so he/she can cool off. But I definitely see how the hair-triggering, and the lack of support for policing and policy, do play a huge role in the issues and greatly contribute to the reason why so many bad apples have been getting signed on and promoted. People think that de-funding them makes the problem better, but I just never understood that line of thinking, because it ignores the patterns we see from what happens when de-funding occurs in other nations, like what you mentioned- but it also ignores/lacks logical foresight of cause and effect.
