I enjoy watching these bad police videos. I am concerned at how the American police as a whole seem to enjoy escalating a large proportion of their interventions with the public. I also find how unrealistic the number of charges that are levied with especially when they sink their talons on an unwary and innocent public. I don't live in the USA and have never had the desire to do so. The rampant escalation by the police has put me off forever. The job of a police officer is to protect and help the community and it is mostly forgotten when police have the belief of being untouchable and they are the LAW. Now, I live in Australia but I have travelled broadly and have never seen or heard of bad policing other than the USA. They ought to find out how fantastic policing is done. I will never see myself placing one toe on American soil.

ACCOUNTABILITY OF ALL OFFICIALS WHO TAKE THE OATH TO SUPPORT THE FEDERAL AND STATE CONSTITUTION!!!!The people of each county should form a "Rights Commission." This group of people will formally address the public officials of the county ( sheriff, chief of police, county commission, mayor) individually as a group (minimum of 5 witnesses). Record the interaction with each official who has taken an oath to support the federal and state constitution. During the interaction, the official must demonstrate through and comprehensive knowledge of the rights (verbally state the federal bill of rights and states list of rights with no more than 2 errors) that are protected by these documents. If the official cannot demonstrate this knowledge, the commission and its members are to make affidavits stating that the official lacks the fundamental knowledge to carry out the office they are being paid to hold. Use the recording of the interaction along with affidavits to file charges. Charges of theft of honest services, perjury, false swearing, possible treason, and a host of other charges should be filed. The main job of any official is to protect the rights of the people. If they can't take the time to learn what the Constitutions protect, they shouldn't be accepting payment for services. Finding out after they violated the people's rights is not acceptable. We have to hold these official accountable for their actions! The way to do that is to start prosecuting these officials for violating their oaths by showing they took the oath under false pretenses for a paycheck, not to support the Constitutions or the people who pay them for honest service.

He is incorrect about defending against unlawful arrest. The amount of resistance must be equal to the amount of unlawful force applied up to killing the officers if deadly force is being applied. The courts have tried to diminish your rights by hiding the true courts of record (Common Law), but they are still in full force and effect if you learn to assert your rights as a man, not the state created "person."
