The fake cops shouldn't steal anyone's bicycle. The riders should stay in one lane and let cars pass. Drivers should be patient with the riders. The riders weren't going slower than the speed limit to any greater degree than many drivers go faster than the speed limit. Just let each other live. Dang!

@@810Black_Sea Yeah, they should keep to the right. No drivers should tailgate them in the right lane, drivers should move left and try a light horn tap to alert the riders of a desire to pass. The problem is likely to be some drivers and some riders acting obnoxiously. A lot of riders will stay to the right out of common sense, some will just move right if prompted, a lot of drivers will act decently, a lot of cops won't steal bikes. But some riders, some drivers and some cops think they themselves have all rights and others have few. Oh, well.
