do I need to say anything? it's copycat stoic.
this is part of a series where I will try most of copycats perk deck picks.
okay the part of the video named "big idiot moment" my man runs out in to all of the cops dies 2 times and then says I'm bad. then 2 minuets later he leaves because he can't stay alive. my guy got downed 4 times in 3 minuets.

My main problem with stoic was the fact thai i didnt had enough experience to keep myself in the fight without hostage taker/gambler or tag team teammate. With the copycat i am actually capable of using the stoic advantages with the self sustain of the armor, although, for the first time in payday 2 in my life i actually had to search and use secure cover for 2+ seconds, thats craz

You should practice with Armourer and you'll see that Stoic plays similarly to it. See, the thing with stoic is that it's hard to grasp how much damage you'll actually take. If you take 2 or less shots from heavy swats on DS you basically won't take damage, as when the damage overtime ceases you'll regen basically all the damage you took. It's a similar premise to armourer due to the 2shot setup it has (with ICTV or CTV with some skills you can get enough armour to tank 2 shots from a heavy swat), only armourer is more obvious with how it works due to the armour meter. Obviously they are not the same but practicing with Armourer forces you to play around cover and it teaches you how you should peek to shoot.

Copycat anarchist is crazy too, you can just farm armor gate and you’re essentially immortal if you can hit headshots

+berserker is pretty good. That’s if your up for the risk

@@e-tangamez4842 There's actually no risk if you use Aced Berserker on Anarchist. You can't even tank hits with your health outside of very specific scenarios. It's basically a free damage up once you get your health low enough.

i used a stoic copy build with ictv frenzy, ks-12 dmr & 5/7. really fun with the tanky asf armor to take your shots

Copy cat stoic with armor is really annoying because you can't regenerate armor while damage over time is still up.

Not exactly If u try to kill enough people and get stoic flask frequently in the span of 10 seconds or less, stoic with armor feels like an instant armor regen (for the pending damaged armor) I love stoic 2/9 but since copycat is here I can max out my stoic and then maybe try copycat

@@johannlhurtis ikr which is why i tried testing it and Its a decent perk deck so far as 2/9 I could only imagine what its like if it were to be in copycat That was be so chaotic with the additional boost u can get with copycat Stoic 9/9 pretty solid so far as well but i barely use it cause im a dodge main Since i reset my acc i only have 2/9 stoic and 9/9 hacker and some other perk decks i've got

@@johannlhurtis but im guessing its because of the changes 3-9/9 does to stoic Which is obviously the armor to health transfer And i thought of it this way Since armor regens normally And hp regens in the form of hostage taker, ifaks and all those other health stuff you have to do What if i never converted it to health at all I still regen my armor and barely have to use first aid Which actually happened It was kind of a small drop of ifaks used since i survive alot and all that but yk 2/9 is just wow Like if u have low perk points 2/9 stoic 👌 Used it on death sentence boiling point (to grind more perk points) it is pretty good Edit: and somehow i can do better with this than my dodge build with hacker but that really depends on the situation

I would say this is just as good as normal stoic. And also stoic is top 5 perk deck.

@@NokthanA It's a very common trap people try with Copycat. As good as it seems to have both armour + health, you still lose out on much more tankiness overall and you can't even reliably rush or wait out the damage as much as regular Stoic. Even with the invincibility, Regular Stoic still beats that out by sheer tankiness and it is still a lot faster to rely on the hip flask than the invincibility. It's still ok to use Copycat Stoic, but it's like using Anarchist with LBV. As nice as it seems, you overall don't really have much of a point to go for it, outside of you really really want to. Like, if you find it fun, can't stop you there, but it is far from as good as people think.

@@StaminaLoss I personally only use regular stoic as well, and I never say copycat stoic is better. However I can't judge copycat stoic as well, since before copycat, some people would even not going to max out stoic just for armor. Which is the core reason why I said 'it's depends on how you want to play'.
