I have a question about the monochrome variants for this series. Specifically the m3070 or m3071 fusers. I have an issue with the fuser belt eating itself again and again. Have had a couple assemblies do this while others do not. Is there any reason the belt would be sliding to the frontside of the assembly to wear the lip of it starts to tear and the whole belt is eaten? Have already rebuilt it once and it started to happen again. We get our machines from a supplier and as far as I know they arrived with that problem. Any knowledge on this topic would be appreciated. In the M3070 3071 model, this is a typical problem and there is nothing you can do about it.

@@MrRicoh heard that swapping the piece of plastic on the frontside in front of the lower heat roller can help. It’s right under the screw driver adjustment portion that hooks on to the spring. haven’t been doing that and that’s on me. Also there is a support shaft directly above the heat roller with small bearings that can slide out of place causing the revolving end piece to knock the sensor out of place. Have to make sure those bearings are in place and slide shaft towards the rear.

Sharp quickly released a new model in which these elements were improved. The older model is difficult to modify. It's downright impossible.

The transfer roller is your problem. Next to the roller there is a Comb that discharges two electric charges. The Comb is probably damaged. Replace it

Cześć, nam pytanie czy te fusery są tak kiepskie? Trafiły mi się dwie kopiarki z tymi modułami, klient kupił je nowe. Po ok 25-35K kopii wałek MX-601LH był całkowicie oblepiony tonerem, wszystko było tak przypalone że w grę wchodziła tylko wymiana. Zrobiłem fusery, wgrałem firmware, ustawiłem wszystko według biuletynu traktującego o tym problemie. Kolejne~30K fusery znowu do kapitalnego remontu. Problem jest taki że klient dużo robi i co kwartał, czasem częściej musi remontować sprzęt. Wcześniej mieli MP C2500 i drukowali o wiele więcej a problemów nie było. Ja mam styczność głównie z Ricoh, te Sharpy to sporadycznie mi się trafiają, czy to faktycznie taki problematyczny sprzęt? Będę wdzięczny za odpowiedź bo już nie wiem jak mam rozmawiać z klientami... Pozdrawiam!

Cześć.To są fenomenalne kopiarki, które mają tylko jedną wadę... Fusery. To co napisałeś wcale mnie nie dziwi i zdarza mi się równie często jak u Twojego Klienta. Sharp często zwala winę na stosowanie nieoryginalnych tonerów, ale według mnie problem występuje też w maszynach które chodziły na oryginałach. PS ile płaciłem za wałki MX-601LH? Kupiłeś oryginały czy zamienniki?

@@MrRicoh maszyny od początku jadą tylko na oryginalnych tonerach, nigdy nie widziały zamiennika, nawet próbowaliśmy lepszy papier żeby nie pylił. Już mi nawet po głowie chodzi czy by nie nawilżać co jakiś czas wałka olejem od starych Canonów. Na razie wszystko idzie oryginalne, choć zastanawiam się czy nie zrobić próby na zamiennikach, może akurat się okaże że jest lepiej, ostatni zakup oryginalnych wałków to było coś koło 105 zł.

A który masz dokładnie model u klienta? Bo troszkę niepokoi mnie cena za oryginalny wałek. Mega niska. Zamiennik kosztuje 100-120 pln, a oryginał raczej 250-300 no chyba że masz gdzieś super ceny... albo już masz właśnie zamiennik i to generuje problem. Nie odpisuj mi tutaj gdzie kupiłeś wałek. Jeśli możesz to nazwę dostawcy napisz mi na [e-mail] tu nie będziemy o tym pisać, żeby komuś nie psuć produktu naszymi podejrzeniami.

These fusers are so bad, they last way less than the number of pages are intended for... I really hope the ones of the BP50C26 series are better!

Yes, the BP50C26 series is much better. Fusers are now working normally.

@@MrRicoh Thank you for the update, now I don't work in the same company anymore, in the company I work now we mainly sell/service Lexmark printers and copiers, I think they're great! I work on some other brands too but not sharp anymore
