My Mac was too old to set up from downloaded software, so needed to set by iphone. Your instructions were very good, only problem was printer needed 2.4 GHz router setting, not 5 GHz. made that change, then had to make network change on phone, echo and smart TV. Finally got it done, would not have been possible without this video. HP customer service was going to charge $200 for phone help setting up with a wireless device, unreal.

Thanks for the video. It was overall helpful. One thing I'd improve is the lighting. It's hard to see what buttons you are referring on the printer dashboard.

if your printer is not connecting to your home wifi, make sure you connect to the 2.4 GHz channel (not 5 GHz cuz many of the printers are not applicable with 5 GHz). Also make sure the wifi password type is WPA or WPA2 (nothing else worked with mine)

hi, this is a very helpful. I just have some questions... I have a WPS app on my phone, it is an office tool, I made an A5 size document, and the WPS has a print button and also can be set up to A5 size print... can I print that document without using the HP Smart app? I dont see any sizing options in there.. thank you.

Password will be different. Try to press wireless button once and see if wifi direct is on the screen. Then print the password.

Avoid this printer, it can only print pdf documents and images. It cannot print word documents. Only print pdf documents
