Appreciate your introspection towards the end of this run - its way more valuable to be able to analyze what adaptations the current situation requires rather than just committing to a strategy and then blaming RNG if the drafts don't work out. This is a core component of mastering the game at higher difficulties from what I can tell.

Rough run, kinda looks like most of mine, lol. Hea question, I might have missed it but is there a reason you avoided opening standard glades? Also, I'm really enjoying your runs as the explanations you give for why you do certain things has really helped me up my game. I was playing mostly on pioneer when I started following you and now am up to P3 so thanks for that! Cheers.

Maybe it would be time to consider going for a stormforged cornerstone? This is a very uncomfortable spot you are sitting in there.
