I’m currently working on a ghostbusters cosplay and the original Corcoran 995 boots are pretty much gone forever. I’ll have to settle for the clean sided ones, they are still the same boot but without the zipper but I’ll just make my outfit my own as close to accurate as I can.

They're a Bitch (with a capital B) to break in, but like any genuine leather boots once you've gotten them formed after your feet they're like slippers.

the Shoe size chart helped. in Russia, there are huge problems with high-quality shoes of this level. that's why I ordered from the States

Don't buy them a full size up or down. Whatever size u are buy them that size. I'm a size 9 1/2 and I originally bought them a size 9. Size 9 was a little too tight. I had to return them. Just get them your regular size. Not like redwing boots where they're made too big.

So based on the KZbin reviews I saw they said to buy a full size down which I did. I was thinking they were built like the redwing last. Nope. They are made true to size. If you're a size 10 buy them a size ten.

@@RogerLoera Yeah the Redwing last looks like the Munson last (these boots'), seems to have caused a lot of confusion. It's kind of crazy that the consumer puts up with all this silly "runs true to size"/"runs large" etc etc etc

Usually those military boots run about even with the US sizing norms, but to be safe add a half size to compensate for width and any small changes length
