How to go on a budget tour frim hamvantota, jaffna and teincomalee off shore...cruise rates are very high...off shore teip is Rs 21600 max for 9 to 14 people...where as cruise charges minimum Rs 8800 pee head per trip...😢

You don't need to take an excursion package from the cruise. Instead, you can book your own ride and explore places on your own. Once you get outside the terminal, you'll find autos and taxis available. Just do a bit of research and talk to some local travel operators. Many fellow travelers on my trip did this, and it worked out well for them.
