I got a divorce, I tried to get one from your team here in Edina. I was in court, I watched her and how she represented another man with his divorce. The Judge looked her up and down when she stood up to tell her clients side of the story. He basically stopped her and said, "Thank you for coming in and dressing so nicely today." WHAT! Can he really say something like that? He is a Judge for Carver County. I couldn't believe what I just heard. Well, he blew her off. I thought she was strong. I met with her and brought this up to her and she told me. "Sometimes we have to fight a little harder when these things happen." She is a tough one. I wish I could have been able to afford her. I went to court without a lawyer and I lost to that same Judge. It was like the good old boys courtroom. Now I'm really paying for it. Do you know anyone in minnesota, that would be willing to fight? I don't have money now that I lost basically everything. I know I could get it back if I get a first class attorney.

What if your child is only two years old? Then how do you go about it all. All I want is the opportunity to raise my son. I don’t just want to be in his life. I want the chance to be with him day in day out.

That sounds like more of a fight. Without custody you are at the will of the custodial parents scheduling and whatever the custody agreement is.
