Thank you so much for this information. I'm glad I found your channel because many of the channels catering to women have a lot of useless yaking in the beginning of the shows. You guys get right down to business: that's exactly what I need. Do you have a list of, or topics for deposing witnesses when when one spouse has hidden a lot of money and has had lots of concubines and is lying about all kinds of things such as not knowing the woman he's already living with efore moving in with her. My retainer is long gone. I've had to scramble and take out a couple of small loans just to get my atrorney paid up-to-date to get some important subpoenas sent. I'm going to have to do any depositions myself as well as representing myself in a contempt accusation - part of which is fiction made up by the opposition attorney - the pre trial and the trial. Thank you for any informatikn you can offer!

They both seem like pretty terrible attorneys. I believe their priorities are skewed. They are basically suggesting using the deposition as a sort of tool of attack and to smear the other party. It's about getting the truth and bringing the divorce to a logical conclusion.

sometimes a deposition is necessary to get things clarified.
