This demand prompts a significant increase in data centre capacity, especially in North America and Europe, though challenges such as land availability, power grid capacity, and water demand pose constraints.
Through the Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Ltd (LSE:CORD), Mikula said Cordiant Capital's investment strategy focuses on the infrastructure underpinning the internet, such as data centre buildings and fibre optic cabling. He shared insights into investment opportunities on both the supply and demand sides of cloud capacity.
