Your builds are consistently creative and always well executed, but you're completely right: This is one of your best builds, if not only because of sheer luck. Everything ended up so perfect with this build, not only being able to make a small fishing town, but a pier AND a Railroad hideout is amazing. I had tried a wall in that same area, but was using foundation peices. It looked terrible. The concrete reskins look great there. Currently I am doing Jamaica Plains. It's vast and there are lots of fun places to do in there. (church is frustrating)

You should do a blank Sanctuary build with the Pier/Fishing area built in with that flat area you built. It would be awesome and people could put their own buildings on the pier/decorate it however they wanted.

I made Egret Tours Marina a Railroad hideout, actually. I figured that in order to try and help runaway synths, they fixed up some of the boats, and snuck them out of the Commonwealth. However, in order to stop the Institute from finding out, they made up a cover story that it was a family of traders who were purifying the water in order to sell it to Diamond City and Goodneighbor residents through the caravans

When you finish Sanctuary and move on to somewhere else, you should try to experiment with the creators kit. Having more control over your builds would be quite interesting, especially if you blend it with workshop mode to make a fully fleshed out build.

OK two things, first, Your building at the docks with the green roof. I would make that into a boat house / Launch/repair bay. placing one boat up on a partial hoist being repaired and the other one ready to launch. Number two, this is partially because of what Fallout4settlements said. There should be a mod with a broken statue of Liberty, with the head on the ground. Sort of a planet of the aps easter egg. Damn you Bethesda!! ...Damn you to hell!! And with that, I'm sure everyone has a Bethesda gripe that they may have for Bethesda. Lol

Question for you the secret room you build. Would it looked stupid if you had no hill or slope to built it. They reason is I wanted to build something like that but more between two rocky areas and then cover it up with concrete or should I use rocks instead message me back.
