I'd have to agree with you on the cruisers. I was consistently using 31/2 lb axes whether single or double bits. Hung a couple cruisers this year on 28" handles and having a hard time going back to bigger heads. Really enjoying your content and outlook on your time in the woods

Thanks brother, sorry I don’t get notified on older videos when someone comments. Not sure why. Anyway, I want to hang my 3.5 swamper on a 28”. I bet I’ll actually use it then.

Love the handle look on the 3 1/2 Hb. I have the old yankee in 3 1/2 and need to give it a sharper angle it’s still very thick but splits rounds like a dream

I love it too. Wish i left a little more swell though, but I wanted to shorten it as much as possible.

I know im a little late to the table but I enjoy your videos. Just getting acquainted with them here recently. Also, are you honestly thinking about selling the larger double bit?

Thanks for checking out my older videos. I was really just joking. I’m actually going to put it on a shorter handle first. If I still don’t like it, I will sell it. Want me to let you know?

I thought you were joking but wasnt completely sure. Yea, let me know if you do decide to let it go. Im interested. Also, I hope your tennis elbow lets up soon for you so you can get back at it 100%. Keep making axe videos. It is good stuff.

Thanks. Will do. Unfortunately my arms aren’t much better. It sucks as I want to chop really bad. But I’ll keep making content, no worries.

Some...unfortunately it doesn’t grow to be very mature in the forest. It’ll grow tall and spindly to get above the canopy, but it suffers from root rot.

@@KevinsDisobedience ok. That is to bad. I wasn’t sure. I had watched some folks up your way burning it for firewood.
