Tip, when you had it up half way, that is when you add the rain fly if needed, then just extend all the legs, make it so much easier! Great job!

I'm a single lady wanting to go camping, and this video was PERFECT for me. Thank you SO much. You did a great job! I sure would have liked to see you put the rain fly on though! Any tricks to that? To me, that's the hardest part.

I’m gonna be buying my 1st tent and am looking for instant ones. It’s just for me so will probably get a smaller one but am thinking of a 2 room one so I could put the potty in it. You did that quickly. Is it as easy to take it down? Do u still use it? Is there a rain flap? I wish u showed the inside and maybe a walk around. Thx for sharing. Mo in NJ

I’ve used the Core 9 on ten different occasions in the last year or so. To answer your question, the Core 9 ships with a tie in divider wall to create two rooms. Also, the Core 9 does not have a rain fly. The walls of the tent are angled and when I open either of the zippered doors rain water drips inside. I consider the Core 9 to be a mild weather tent as it has an open mesh roof. When I install the rain fly it fits over the frame holding the tent upright and leaves plenty of gap for air flow through the tent. This tent has a large double door in one end and a single D door on the side. Raccoons opened the double door zipper one night so I tie those zippers together and only use the single door. During a high wind event of 30 to 40 mph gusts, this tent stood up very well. The rain fly blew off, but that was my fault for not securing it properly. During a cloudburst, this tent leaked a bit. The rain came down so hard it created a mist inside the tent. I have a tiny trailer to stay in at night, so I use the Core 9 as storage and a kitchen. As the video shows, this tent really goes up in a few minutes and comes down fast, too.

hello thank you for the video. i would like to know what size tarp you have under this tent? thank you!
@leonardswhite6 жыл бұрын
hi, not sure actually, we'll try to remember to get back to you in July when we set up again.....all wrapped up now....I do know it's bigger than the dimensions of the tent and needs to be folded in half/doubled up :)

I use a 15x10' tarp and it fits perfect. i believe the dimension of the tent is 14x9.
