It's an annoying system for adjusting tiller and limb alignment - especially making sure you only do one at a time and don't change alignment when you're changing tiller and vice versa. Also, since you are moving the base of the limb rather than the "button" rend of the limb, it can be confusing when aligning limbs. Be sure to tighten the end nut and the set screw in the back and make sure other parts aren't moving.
