Core company try to join in good companys workculture and quality of work is different for every companys. L&T, Ampo,Circor etc these type companys starting salary is 40k for GET role and good work culture. Just by working as a trainee dont say core companies are worst.

Core is not only production and quality, there are many opportunities. Like design, FEA, CFD, Simulation engineers, embedded engineer. The growth of these opportunities will be exponential and value will be higher for experienced person.
