Hi sir I am 2022 passed out I had completed my BE mechanical engineering in 2022 and I got offer from MNC (capgemini) and I waited nearly 1.5 yrs. Sep 26 I got onboard and they kept training and rejected but I know good knowledge of what they taught.. But they told full stack training and rejected what to do 😢.. Depress uh erku ... 🙏🙏🙏🤕 Pls suggest what to do..

In my current company i will start the work at 12 and end by 8 if you are working in some non product company then you have pay the price learn the skill and move towards some good company. It’s the team and immediate supervisors and what steps an individual is taking to learn and grow. Of course it’s stressful life and money are not easy. But many people who worked for the companies that you have named in your thumbnail has got a better life through the opportunities that they got from those companies. You can’t blame a company they are doing business and not charity. If you make money for them they are going to pay you.

I have seen layoffs in mechanical, aeronautical, hotel management, etc. During covid, only IT people are survived with WFH. 90% of video is misleading. Your happiness and satisfaction in IT depend on many factors like your manger, project, client, company, etc Likewise in every field you have to learn new technologies and get yourself in update, it's not only about IT.
