This video shows some of my favourite core exercises i've used in the past and still to this day to improve overall core strength. Apologies for the lack of uploads i caught COVID and it took me a while to recover. Lost a bit of strength/weight but building everything back up. Also got a new tattoo so had to let that heal but now i'm back and ready to pump out content!!
