Ki style aikido i think. Ive attended 3 weekend seminars in the UK with P.Hendricks Shihan in that time. Amazing experience, the power of Iwama and core root strength is remarkable 🤌 i intend to attend the one this year as i missed the last couple.. 🤦 Thank you again for sharing the video.
