How do you decide what to post? I noticed the channel has moments of focus on certain concepts, do you have a schedule, follow requests, or go by what you happen to be train that day?

Thank you for the question. I often go by what my viewers ask to see, but I also get asked questions and have specific requests via email and from the contact form on CoreJKD.com My members at cjkdmember.com also get their requests filled, though some of those are only available to the members. And, of course, my students will ask something of me or pose a challenging question in class that I am fairly sure some of you might be interested in.
