He just ignores it, she just listens to him because she has general respect for him as a human being and does her job feeling fine. Besides being good looking. Now I listened to it all, he is right first that was so important to be said. But focusing on the wrong women in a way with what he describes and I think he missed the point in the psychology generalising here. Otherwise it's fine. I like what he tries to do and show.
