Ducks fan here. I grew up watching Perry and it’s great to see him still doing well as an impact player. I still remember watching the interview when he first came back to Anaheim as a Dallas Star. Hoping he can get his second cup ring with the Oilers this year along with Henrique and Carrick. Go Ducks!

Perry's Cinco De Mayo 2017 Double OT game winner after the Ducks were down 3-0 with 3 minutes to go is one of my all time favorite hockey moments, coming from a diehard Bruins fan as well.

he's an intense competitor, and he's won everything there is. Consistency is key when it comes to being a pro, which eventually translates to superstations. Ryan Smyth and Spezza still played wood blades, Byfuglien and Thornton played with two pieces, even when the latest in stick tech was already out there. So many guys are still rocking the VN foam helmets (Bauer (former cooper) 4500 series), Crosby with his vintage 8k helmet now, Ovy with his oldschool CCM vector pads. Everyone still rocking the 7K pro Jofa elbow pads. I know even if I change gloves, elbow pads, even put new steel in my skates, it takes me a few shifts to start getting used to the subtle changes.

Sharks fan here. I HATE this guy.I think he has another ritual! I was at a game maybe two years ago at the Shark Tank v the Lightning. Perry spent ALL PRACTICE shooting pucks just over the net which would hit the glass in front of us fans in the lower seats. BAM! BAM!
