Yes. Here in Central Virginia we saw as low as $.69/gallon for a short time around that year. In 2020 it dropped for a week to $1.25/gal! I remember those days. I used to visit California back in 1999 and it was amazing. no liberal woke snowflakes, homeless troublemakers and criminals, just good times and good food. I remember hitting up McDonalds for cheap and then going to Jamba juice while walking around shops like pac sun and borders. not a worry in the world. now the world feels so sickly and tainted. such a shame

As a kid in the 80s and early 90s I LOVED going to Toronto airport to do this. Back then each cart return got you a $1 coin. My record was 87 carts returned = $87. When you're a kid, $87 was a fortune. Eventually they changed the system and cart returns only got you 25c back (when the airport charged $1 to get one). As I got older, it just wasn't worth the effort anymore lol. Good times.

Your intestines can only move so much food so quickly, it's called peristalsis and if u dont have food for long enough your body stops that function to conserve energy, and if u try to eat too fast afterwards it can really mess u up
