We love San Stefanos too!! We went twice last year (2021) and stayed at Silver Moon and Little Prince. 2 Star is my favourite taverna because the food is amazing and the owner always gives me a free drink, taster dessert and fruit. Their set menus are great too!! Little Prince do lovely food too, try lamb gastra, and feta cheese in filo pastry covered in honey and sesame seeds. The waffle bars are great too, the waffles are the size of dinner plates. Vicki studios are another good place to stay because of the amazing views and its right on the beach. Everyone you talk to at San stefanos has been there time and again, every year for years. I want to go again this year. From the video, very little has changed since last year
